A BILL supplementing, amending, reducing and increasing items of
the existing appropriations from the state fund, general
revenue, to the department of agriculture, fund 0131, fiscal
year 2001, organization 1400, as originally appointed by
chapter ten, acts of the Legislature, regular session, two
thousand, known as the "Budget Bill".
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:



That the items of the total appropriation from the state fund,
general revenue, to the department of agriculture, fund 0131,
fiscal year 2001, organization 1400, be amended and reduced in the
existing line items as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement, amend, reduce and increase items of existing appropriations in the aforesaid account for the designated spending
unit. The item for moorefield agriculture center (R) (activity
786) is reduced by sixty thousand dollars. The item for
unclassified (R) (activity 099) is increased by sixty thousand
dollars. The amounts as itemized for expenditure in the fiscal
year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand one, shall be
available for expenditure immediately upon the effective date of
this bill.
